Windows Live Onecare 2.0 Releases Microsoft

The Redmond, Washington based software giant, Microsoft has released the stable edition of their Windows Live OneCare 2.0 security application. This edition of Live OneCare was in beta since July this year. Microsoft said that the version 2.0 of this application offers many enhancements to existing tool and offers several new tools. This latest addition now comes with new Wireless network security features. It now allows the users to monitor and change their router’s settings. There is also a start-time optimizer which can be used to remove applications from the booting sequence to speed up boot times. The users would now be able to centralize all their backups to one external drive or one central computer. Protection Plus - includes antivirus, 2-way firewall, antispyware, Microsoft Update integration, and More. OneCare version 2.0 will perform better. "We're deeply committed to investing in our ongoing anti-malware efforts," said Barzdukas in an interview conducted by Microsoft's public relations department and posted on the company's site.
